When it comes to good looks, Latina beauty Shakira has the best of both worlds thanks to her Lebanese papa and Colombian mama's good genes.
The 39-year-old superstar - who we now know why she doesn't look a day over 35 - celebrated her daddy William Mebarak's 85th birthday this week with some adorable family photos.
In one photo, Shakira held her papa's face and sweetly smiled at the camera. She captioned it, "Happy 85th Birthday, papi!!!"
In another snap, her mama joined in and all three of them were smiling for the camera. She captioned this one, "Thank you all for your warm messages full of beautiful wishes for my dad on his birthday!"
Shakira's parents have been huge supporters of hers early on in her career.
"I've had to fight against adversity, when everything seemed to be against me," she told ET’s Cameron Mathison in February. "I was a little girl in Barranquilla dreaming really big, dreaming about conquering big stages and becoming a super international pop star, that was unthinkable for someone like me living in Barranquilla and here I am, my family supported me and things happened miraculously. I do believe that dreams can really come true."
