Iraqi singer Shatha Hassoun is scheduled to hold a number of live performances during the upcoming Muslim holiday Eid Al Fitr, which comes directly after the holy month of Ramadan. On September 1, Shatha will be performing alongside Lebanese singers Wael Kfoury and Ayman Zabeeb in Dubai at the Bustan Rotana Hotel. The event is part of the Dubai Eid Al Fitr Festival.
According to the London based Elaph, Shatha is also scheduled to hold another grand live performance alongside prominent Saudi singer Rabih Saq in Beirut at the Intercontinental Venesia Hotel.
Shatha will also be welcoming the holiday with the release of her first album, which features twelve songs. The singer worked with some of the most prominent poets and composers in the Arab world on the album and was very careful about the selection of songs.
The album will be a production of the company ‘Live Styles Studios’ and will be distributed by the production company ‘Rotana’.
