Last Tuesday (May 5), Egyptian actress Ayten Amer's fans went wild when she instagrammed a cartoon image of a man proposing to a woman, fuelling speculations that she may be the lucky lady in the photo!
And indeed she was, because on Friday, May 8, the 28-year-old starlet said goodbye to singledom and hello to commitment when she officially got engaged to her sweetheart in Egypt, reported Al Watan Voice.
The happy couple held a low-key engagement party with the attendance of her nearest and dearest at Ayten's parents' home in Cairo.
The lady of the hour looked adorable in a royal blue knee-length dress - we thought she'd go for a red number - while wearing her dark long locks down with a few curls at the bottom.
Ayten's hubby-to-be filming manager Mohammed Ezz matched with his future bride in a royal blue suit and a pink tie!
