The South African billionaire Soul Crizer sponsored a great opening for the “Al Nakhlah Atlantis Resort.” He spent 20 million dollars on the celebration and invited stars from all over the world.

The resort is a manmade island that resembles a palm tree.
The famous Lebanese superstar Nawal Al Zoghbi performed at the celebration, accompanied by 8 talented dancers. During her segment she sang three of her songs “Leh Mishtalak” (Why I Miss You), “Be Ainak” (In Your Eyes) and “Aineek Kadabeen” (You Eyes Are Lying). Nawals performance was praised by Arab and foreign guests, attracted to her glamorous look and feminine style on stage.
According to the London daily Elaph, Nawal said that she is blessed and honored to be chosen among all Arab stars to represent the art and music of the Middle East at such a celebration. She also said that she is over whelmed with the resort and its creativity.
After Nawal’s performance the Australian music artist Kylie Minogue gave her first performance in the Arab world. Kelly will perform in Dubai at the Festival City.
There was a great fireworks display at the celebration, creating a picture of a palm tree.
Other Arab stars that were at the celebration were Egyptian actress Laila Elwi, the famous Egyptian co-host Hala Sarhan, the Egyptian actor Ahmad Helmi, the actress Ghada Adel and her husband producer Majdi Al Howari, the actress and director Vidra, the director Laila Kanan and the journalist Nadine Falah.
