But did the 37-year-old know that one half of the designing power house had cruelly slated her entire family on social media?
Instagram fan site @diet_prada noted that Stefano had commenting on a picture of her family, writing: 'the most cheap people in the world.'
Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, 62, is a huge fan of the label and is regularly seen wearing outfits from their collections, along with granddaughter Penelope, six.
Supermodel Kendall Jenner, 22, walked front and centre for their Spring Summer 2015 show in 2014.
And Khloe Kardashian, 34, named her late pet dog, Gabbana, while Kylie Jenner had a pet chihuahua called Dolce who was sadly killed by a coyote.

Kim has been spotted in the duos creations many times before. Back in June, she wore a sexy bodysuit when she stepped out at her KKW Beauty pop-up store.
And in 2013, she wore a stunning creation by the label for the cover of Harper's Bazaar and has worn their outfits many times since.
The Kardashian/Jenner clan are not the only celebrities who have been faced with the scorn of the designer.

Selena Gomez fans slammed Stefano, after he cruelly labeled the singer 'so ugly' in a nasty comment made on Instagram.
He shared his less-than-kind thoughts about the 25-year-old on a post by fashion news site The Catwalk Italia, which asked its 1.4 million followers to pick their favorite from a selection of five outfits worn by the singer.
Instead, however - as Instagram account Diet Prada pointed out - Gabbana, 55, chose to write, 'She's so ugly!!!' under the picture, a comment which immediately sparked a flurry of outraged responses from Selena's fans.

In June, Stefano took a swipe at Kate Moss, 44, when he saw an Instagram picture of her wearing a £2,995 leg-baring playsuit as she headed to a Saint Laurent show.
It was shared on social media by fashion news site TheCatWalkItalia, who asked their 1.4 million followers whether they thought the supermodel's outfit was a hit or a miss.
While many praised the fashion doyenne's 'stunning' ensemble, Gabbana simply wrote: 'No.'
Dolce And Gabbana is a label favoured by the likes of Catherine Middleton, Adele, Beyoncé and Dame Helen Mirren.
