Sting And Cheb Mami To Rock Dubai

Rock star Sting and Algeria's Cheb Mami will perform together live in concert for the first time at the Dubai Desert Rose festival on November 23, the organizers said Tuesday, according to AFP. 

Dubai will be the last stop on Sting's world tour and the organizers expect a 25,000 sell-out crowd after transferring the venue from Abu Dhabi. 

Following a world-wide hit with Desert Rose, Sting and Cheb Mami have performed together only briefly on a US chat show and at the Grammy awards.
