“Disputes between me and Mohammed Hamida are merely ridiculous rumors”, with this statement Egyptian actress Summaya Al Khashab answered accusations that Mohammad had threatened to withdrawal from the new television drama “Mirath Al Rih” (Inheritance of the Wind) after he discovered a number of his scenes were replaced with ones for Summaya.
Apparently Mohammed was outraged when he found out his scenes were being reduced for the sake of Summaya and as a result he decided to pull out of the drama before completing filming the scenes.
Summaya stressed that there are no disputes between any of the cast of the drama and all that was said about Mohammed’s outrage was not true. She told MBS that the script of the drama was not amended in any way and every actor’s scenes remained as they were since signing the contract for the drama.
Summaya also denied rumors that filming the scenes of the drama was halted several times and stated that the filming process is going according to schedule and she along with the entire cast are placing long hours in order to complete it and have it ready for airing during the coming Ramadan season.
