A photograph showing Hisham Moustafa, the Egyptian businessman found guilty of murdering Lebanese singer Suzanne Tamim in 2010, made rounds on social media this past weekend, largely due to the fact Moustafa was photographed in the company of Saudi billionaire and businessman HRH Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal.

Moustafa’s guilty verdict earned him a death sentence. The death sentence was overturned on procedural grounds, resulting in a 15 year sentence issued to Moustafa in 2010.

The photograph, though undated, prompted Egyptian journalists to search for reason behind the two businessmen’s meeting. Youm7 reported that the two were at the Four Seasons Hotel lot at Sharm el Sheikh; the two had collaborated in 2002 to bring the hotel to Sharm.

Moustafa left jail in Eid last year, following pardon from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
