And financially-savvy Tyga has found another way to keep the money rolling in, with TMZ reporting he has organised an estate sale on some of his household goods worth between $500 and $1,200.

The 26-year-old rapper, who is looking for a new rental home, is no doubt clearing out before the big move, with the eclectic items on sale including his shoe collection and toys belonging to his son.

Tyga - who is currently dating Kylie Jenner - is also offering up an extensive range of Egyptian artifacts, and has plenty to offer.

The Rack City hitmaker has a keen interest in the Ancient Egyptians and has a themed clothes store in Los Angeles - Last Kings - complete with a tomb and imported sand.

The star also named his three-year-old son with Blac Chyna in a name inspired by the time period, christening him King Cairo.

Tyga will no doubt continue the theme in his new home, as he's believed to be moving closer to his new beau, Kylie.

A source told People: 'Kylie and Tyga are not moving in together. Kylie is helping Tyga find a rental house closer to hers in Calabasas.

'Kylie loves her Calabasas house and seems happy to be living by herself.'

Tyga's new home could provide the perfect hang-out for his ex and new girlfriend to hang out after they put aside their differences and became friends.

Blac - who is engaged to Kylie's older brother Rob Kardashian -  recently revealed she had talked things through with the youngest Kardashian as they shared a series of selfies together.

Posting one of the snaps on Instagram, Rob commented: 'So happy my girls finally got to talk and make peace! #MyFamily #AllLove.'
