ALBAWABA - Sydney Sweeney spent a significant amount of money on a piece of prime real estate in southern Florida. Sweeney paid a colossal $13 million for the breathtaking coastal property, which has many exclusive and opulent features that she will undoubtedly enjoy during her extended stay in Florida.

The magnificent estate, which she purchased for $13.4 million, has a yacht dock and boat lifts, verdant landscaping, and stunning ocean vistas.

Among the many modern conveniences found in Sweeney's new 7,000-square-foot mansion are an elevator, a home gym, a gaming room, a chef's kitchen, a wine room, a swim-up bar with underwater barstools, and a heated and refrigerated infinity pool.

Rumor has it that she is planning to spend more time in Florida soon, so her most recent purchase is not shocking. So, it's necessary to purchase a mansion suitable for a famous actress.

The property has a boat ramp, an outdoor kitchen, and a wonderful area that encircles the kitchen as amenities.

After Sylvester Stallone, Jeff Bezos, and Tom Brady all made the move to Florida, 26-year-old Sweeney followed in their footsteps.

Following this posh acquisition, Sweeney will be the proud owner of four properties.

She scored a Bel-Air fixer-upper for $6.2 million only last year.

She had previously purchased a Tudor-style house in Westwood for $3 million in 2021.

Also in 2022, Sweeney made an emotional purchase: she bought back her great-grandmother's house, which her family had to sell many years earlier. "I recently paid off my mom's mortgage," the stunning woman, who was born and raised in Spokane but now resides in Los Angeles, said in an interview with Who What Wear in March.

When Sweeney told The Hollywood Reporter two years ago that she was having trouble paying her expenses, this was a huge change.

She spoke frankly about her situation in a July 2022 interview, saying, "I don't have someone supporting me; I don't have anyone I can turn to to pay my bills or call for help.".

Despite her appearances on renowned HBO shows such as "Euphoria," she bemoaned the reduced pay for performers and the absence of residuals from streamers. Although the well-known actors and actresses still get their due, I am required to pay my lawyer 5%, my agents 10%, and my business manager 3%. My monthly payment to my publicist is greater than my mortgage.
