ALBAWABA - Rumor has it that American actress Sydney Sweeney is being considered to play one of Marvel's greatest thieves, Black Cat (Also known as Felicia Hardy) who appeared multiple times in both the comics and recent Spider-Man games by Insomniac games.
According to Comic Book Hero, Sydney Sweeney reportedly received an offer to play Black Cat. Because of Sweeney's recent surge in popularity for her beauty, many users on X (formerly known as Twitter) expressed their excitement about the rumors in question.

On the other hand, one user thought that Sweeney was "overrated" and wrote, "She so fu*kin mid man. I don't get it." Which received a swarm of comments from users disagreeing with them.

This might not come as a surprise, since Marvel is recasting stars like Robert Downey Jr. who played Iron Man is now being cast as Dr. Doom.
Sydney Sweeney already appeared in the mediocre Madame Web as Spider-Woman who also starred Dakota Johnson and Emma Roberts. Because it wasn't successful and received mediocre reviews from both fans and critics alike, it will be hard for Madame Web to make a comeback for a sequel.
