Goa is coming to Dubai. And it’s bringing award-winning DJ Tiesto back to town. Sunburn Festival, the Indian state’s annual trance music destination – one of the biggest in Asia – will host its first arena-style concept at the Dubai World Trade Centre on March 28.
The arena will be will transformed into a Sunburn wonderland, said local partners Peppermint Experience.
Tiesto is no stranger to the UAE. The Dutch musician, who was named by Forbes.com as the highest-paid DJ in the world last year, performed at du Forum, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, in 2011.
But before that, Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo is also coming back to Dubai, this weekend at the VIP Room at JW Marriott Marquis hotel. The rapper and designer will perform a live DJ set on Friday.
Tickets to Tiesto’s concert will soon be available on peppermint-experience.com while Taboo’s performance at the VIP Room is invite and guest list only. To make a reservation, call 052-8818888.
