After a memorable launch party attended by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, Clé Dubai is offering up some tastier fare for guests in the new year.
Next month, guests will have the opportunity to share the kitchen with the restaurant’s patron Chef, Greg Malouf. In celebration of Australian Day on January 26, visitors can join the author to learn the art of contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine as Malouf showcases recipes from his latest book.
The official Australia Day gala will be held on January 22 and will feature a special performance by singer-songwriter and actress Tina Arena (pictured), one of Australia’s highest selling female artists, as well as musician Danny Fai Fai.
