Get the show on at home

Curated by Dubai Calendar, you can see all the immersive online entertainment taking place across the city, from creative workshops and live DJ sets to sweat-breaking workout classes and musical performances. This programme has been shedding light on local talents, inviting the whole city to unite remotely over free activities and performances from the comfort of their home. Tune into Dubai Calendar’s Instagram this weekend to see what’s planned.
Put on your thinking caps
A clever detective solving impossible mysteries, a time-traveller combing through the annals of history, a student of life learning the secrets of success or a modern-day bard – however you enjoy your literature, there’s something on the Lit Fest’s online agenda for you. Straight from the February edition’s archives, you can enjoy free access to panels and interviews featuring renowned authors, poets and thinkers. Hear from Malala Yousufzai’s parents on raising the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner or British spoken word artist Harry Baker on his favourite films, all online.
Tune in with Pearl FM
Pearl FM’s Eid festivities continue this weekend, broadcasting a programme of family-friendly entertainment on Instagram. Every day at 9am, little ones can tune in to spend some time with local talents, enjoying all kinds of quirky activities and shows. Don’t miss out on Night Time Nonsense with Magic Phil, a local entertainer known to put a smile on every face with his wit and funny antics on Thursday. On Friday, get creative with crafts, cooking secrets and more during Staying at Home with Zaza. Saturday marks the last of Pearl FM’s Eid Edition, with entertaining book reviews on must-read novels with Aaditya.
