Turkey Shabana has resumed his position as the manager of the satellite channel ‘Rotana Khalijia.’
The first decision that he made was to cancel the show “Bait Al QasiT” (Poem Meter), hosted by Amirah Fadel. The show been off the air for seven months and Amirah was not given another show as promised.
Recently, the entertainment channel fired three female hosts, Amirah Al Fadel, Lajeen Imran and Dareen Khalifah, a decision which shocked all three women.
According to the London daily Elaph, Amirah said that had an unwritten contract with the owner of ‘Rotana,’ Prince Walid Bin Talal that she would return the coming season. She now regrets turning down other contracts.
