Tyga was manhandled out of Floyd Mayweather's 42nd birthday bash by a security guard after becoming embroiled in a furious row with a reveler in Janelle's, Hollywood, California, on Saturday evening.
The rapper, 29, was left shocked as he was approached aggressively by a fellow clubgoer, who appeared to make a grab for the musician at the Los Angeles venue.
In an attempt to separate the pair, Tyga, real name Micheal Ray Stevenson, was carried out of the club by a staff member.
The Make It Nasty hitmaker has been celebrating the success of his hit single Taste, which peaked at number eight on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming the artist's first entry on the Hot 100 in three years.
For the Road rapper Tyga opted for a typically bold appearance as he sported a multi-pocket leather waistcoat and loose-fitting bottoms during the outing with his pals.
However, his fun-filled night was cut short when the angered man grabbed Tyga by his clothing.
During their raging argument, members of the hip-hop star's team attempted to break the pair up, before a security guard stepped in and escorted Tyga out of the venue.
The musician is set to take to the stage at The Lawn venue in Bali, Indonesia, on Sunday.
MailOnline has contacted Tyga's representatives for further comment.
Tyga's appearance comes after his ex Blac Chyna reportedly called it quits with Soulja Boy following a short-lived romance.
The demise of the former stripper's relationship with the rapper, 28, comes amid allegations that their romance was a hoax to get back at her ex, Tyga.
According to TMZ, Chyna and Soulja 'got into a huge argument about Tyga, in which they started bickering about each other's true intentions in their relationship.'
It has also been reported by the online publication that as well as Faded hitmaker Tyga, the pair were 'not on the same wavelength' - with the Kiss Me Thru The Phone artist allegedly favouring 'group hangs' in comparison to Blac's 'Netflix and chill vibe.'
MailOnline contacted representatives for Blac Chyna and Soulja Boy for further comment at the time of publication.
Meanwhile, Blac - who shares son King Cairo with her ex-fiancé Tyga - hit out at the Ayo rapper earlier this month, claiming he doesn't pay her child support and she's 'sick of that s**t'.
The reality star, 30, was on a mission to clear her name during a now-deleted Instagram Live rant earlier this month, where she claimed her exes, Tyga and Rob Kardashian, don't give her anything.
Chyna, who shares Dream, two, with Rob, 31, and son King Cairo, six, with Tyga, also targeted her mother Tokyo Toni, who recently claimed Rob should have sole custody of Dream because the star's personal life is on a 'downward spiral.'
'F**k Toni, f**k Tyga, f**k Rob, f**k everybody else. I never asked Tyga for child support, Rob for child support, whatever, and then we just went to court,' she said in her rant.
'I try to squash s**t, which I did, but none of that comes out. It's only negative s**t with Chyna… I never wanted no money from Rob because it was never about that. Period,' she said.
'I came from the strip club, my momma was a stripper, my daddy, I didn't know him.
