Lucy recently opened up about how she maintains her amazing figure during an appearance on ITV show Lorraine to promote her new book, Be Body Beautiful.
She said: 'It's about maintaining a healthy diet. It's scary for young girls because their are so many crash diets out there.
'It's all about, I think, making it a whole lifestyle change - it shouldn't be about following something for three weeks and then yo-yo-ing.
However, it's not only her health that has been given a boost in recent months - she has also found love again with Olympian gymnast Louis Smith.
The couple met when she competed on BBC show Tumble, on which he was a judge.
She joked: 'He's a really lovely guy and we met on Tumble but nothing happened on the show. But you know, I regret that, I might have got higher scores.'
