Lebanese legendary singer Wadee Al Safee said that Syrian President Bashar Al Asad is a person of great integrity and is known for his numerous humane actions towards Lebanese and Arab artists. Wadee stressed that if Al Asad asked the impossible of him, he will do it without hesitation,
During a press conference Wadee held in Beirut, he said that the Syrian president is known for his kind, generous and honorable stances towards Lebanese artists like Assi Al Rahbani, Felemon Wahbi, Sabah and many more.
Wadee revealed that during his illness, Bashar Al Asad had taken it on himself to provide the best medical care for Wadee and made sure that he is treated by the best doctors. For this, Wadee stressed that if Bashar asked him for his eyes he would give them to him without a doubt.
Wade stated that he resents people who are opposing Bashar and accusing him of ruthlessly killing his people and anyone who protests against him. He added that all that is being said is fabricated lies created by people who want to create instability and insecurity in the region.
