This wasn't a prank by Egyptian prankster Ramez Galal, but a real-life incident that could have potentially taken the life of Lebanese star Wael Kfoury and the hundred-something passengers that were on-board the Royal Air Maroc aircraft heading to Morocco.
Wael's plane encountered a problem with its wheels, which prevented it from landing safely. The pilot had to cruise over Rabat airport for half an hour until it was safe for him to land.
Naturally, passengers were extremely anxious and afraid for their lives. Meanwhile, the Arab Idol judge decided to sit in the cockpit until the scary ordeal was over, reported Al Qads Al Arabi.
The 40-year-old frequent flyer was in Morocco to perform at the closing party of the Mawazine Music Festival.
