Wael Kfouri was a guest in the first episode of the show "Takharif" (Scrapbooking) presented by Wafaa Al Kilani, and made some firey statements about his marriage, his divorce, the future of his daughters and even belly dancing for the first time.
Wael Kfouri refused to reveal news about his divorce directly, and refused to answer the question insisting that it is personal, yet the words that he used made the audience feel that the split from his wife actually happened, especially when Al Kilani asked him if his daughters live with him or with their mother? He answered that they live with them both even though the two no longer live in the same house.
Wafaa al Kilani asked the Lebanese star about the future of his daughters in case their mother decided to get married again, Wael then insisted that he will take the kids from her if that happens.
And about the possibility of getting married again, Wael said that marriage is a failed system and that he will never do it again, specially that he faced lots of problems because of jealousy and the circumstances of his work. Here, Wafaa asked a hypothetical question to Wael Kfouri, that if he was Muslim, will he get married four times? And this is when Kfouri answered 'Forty'.
The episode's surprises did not stop here. Things fired up when Wael decided to dance to the tunes of a famous Ahmed Adawiya song after he was asked by Wafaa Al Kilani to do so.
