ALBAWABA - Rumors have spread on social media with claims that El Kabeer Awy season 8 might be postponed from Ramadan 2024 to 2025 after a fire broke out in the shooting location.
A source from within the El Kabeer Awy 8 series revealed the fate of the series after the massive fire that broke out on the filming site on Sunday, is still under study.
It also revealed that the workers on the new season of the series are now studying the road map to see how El Kabeer Awy 8 will be finished on plans.
Erem News reported citing a source: "The director, production company, and artist Ahmed Makki are looking for a way out of this crisis, especially since the time remaining until the start of the Ramadan season is very tight, indicating that they are studying the possibility of restoring the site as quickly as possible to complete filming there."
The source further added that it is not likely to make a new filming location as Ramadan 2024 will start in two weeks.
The person maintained that it is also difficult to film in another location because the place of El Kabeer house that caught fire on Sunday is the main location, where most of the events of the series take place. The only solution is to quickly fix and restore the place.
