Renowned Egyptian actress Yousra was over the moon at news of her Ramadan TV show “Nikdib Law Bin'oul Mabinhibish” (We'd be Lying if We Said We Weren't in Love)'s success.

Naturally, Yousra said that she was super anxious to see what people thought and the results exceeded her expectations.

The talented veteran received plenty of positive feedback on her show, which she said made her forget all about the long agonizing days of filming to get the finished product out on time.

Yousra had a challenging role to play; her character's 'split personality' meant that the person she played in the first ten episodes was like night & day from the person it had become in the second half of the series.

She added that the character she played grew from an ordinary woman who put others first, to a woman who began to pay more attention to her own needs instead.

Yousra said that the message she was trying to convey through her character was to get women to put themselves first; as when a woman is happy in herself she can easily make others happy in return.
