ALBAWABA - YouTuber and streamer Norme went viral across social media after streaming for a whopping 200 hours without sleep as he started hallucinating and passing out into his brother's arms on the stream.

Among the people caring for Norme was his brother as we were seen on stream splashing the content creator with water to keep him awake and forcing him to stand after falling into his arms as mentioned above.

This naturally caused concern among viewers and fans who all started begging the YouTuber to stop streaming and get some rest. According to Dexerto, many tried to locate the streamer's house and call medical professionals to check on his health.

One of his moderators said, "GUYS WE NEED TO STOP NORME FROM THIS CHALLENGE BUT NOT BY HARASSING HIM AND HIS FAMILY."

The YouTuber had miles to go for breaking the Guinness World Record in question as the record-holder Robert McDonald stayed awake for 453 hours and 40 minutes, doubling how much Norme managed to stay awake for.

Here's what some users had to say about the matter:

"Don't you start literally hallucinating after only 72 hours?"

"Just another day on social media where people will risk their health for numbers on a screen."

"it’s common knowledge that this is dangerous af. don’t do this!"

"All this to avoid getting a real job."

By the time of writing this article, the YouTuber is still live and has surpassed the 240-hour mark. Moreover, he keeps on passing out while someone splashes water on his face to wake him up.
