After receiving concerned calls from friends and colleagues, she has spoken out to let fans know that there is no truth behind the rumors and has promised that she's here to stay.
This isn't the first time that Yousra has had to defend herself against celeb gossip - earlier this year rumors circulated about the diva's death.
But, although the star has suffered from ill health this year, she has assured fans that she is still very much alive and kicking and eager to keep working.
The busy actress hasn't had too much time to worry about the gossip as she has reportedly bypassed scandal in favor of spiritaulity by taking off to Mecca for Hajj.
