Egyptian actor Yusri Mustafa kicked off a successful career in acting in the 1970s, which ended with him unable to act because of unfortunate long-term kidney failure in recent years.
On Friday evening, Mustafa passed away after a long struggle with his illness. He had sadly spent his entire savings on treatment by then.
According to Al Jaras magazine, Mustafa's funeral took place at the Al Sabah Mosque on Saturday and his family will be accepting condolences at the Abdel Rahman Mosque in Cairo on Monday.
One of Mustafa's most notable works include the film "The Road To Elat" and the TV drama "Al Hilmeyyah Nights."
