First Gulf Bank fulfils Karina Kelly's dream with Abu Dhabi Credit Cards second monthly draw

First Gulf Bank (FGB) announced grand prizes for forty three lucky cardholders of “Abu Dhabi Credit Card.” The second live monthly draw was held on February 10, 2011 at FGB’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, and was supervised by a representative of the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi. 

Exclusive to the “Abu Dhabi Credit Card” Platinum and Titanium cardholders, the draw randomly selects forty three cardholders from different nationalities, for prizes ranging from marriage/education fund, helicopter tours, limousine rides as well as holiday packages. The grand prizes include an Abu Dhabi Sea View apartment, Audi R8’s, Audi Q5’s and ‘Italy by Ferrari’ trips. 

“The first ‘Abu Dhabi Credit Card’ draw created a lot of excitement among our cardholders" said Girish Advani, Head of Credit Cards Business, at FGB. “‘The Abu Dhabi Credit Card’ has been designed to suit the evolving needs of our customers, offering them a range of benefits .We encourage cardholders to use their ‘Abu Dhabi Credit Card’ for their day to day shopping and further enhance their chances to win over six million dirham of prizes throughout the year. 

Commenting on the win, this month’s jackpot winner, Karina Kelly, who won 75,000 dirham towards her education fund stated, "For a long time I have been planning to do a master’s program. However with the high costs of higher education, my plans were postponed till I could save enough. With my Abu Dhabi Credit Card, I can easily pursue my higher education and chart out better career prospects. I am thankful to First Gulf Bank for helping me in fulfilling my dream.”
