IKEA Kuwait’s website caters to all customers with its new Arabic portal feature

IKEA Kuwait announced today the launch of the Arabic Portal on the IKEA website. The new portal is designed to offer Arabic speaking customers a more personalized and convenient online experience while accessing the website.
The Arabic Portal includes all areas that are available in English, such as the Arabic Catalogue, a view of all products and departments along with a service to ask questions and receive answers from IKEA staff promptly via email, the IKEA newsletter, IKEA card and the latest news on IKEA and new offers. The portal also gives more convenience to IKEA customers by providing a shopping list functionality, which can be printed, saved and emailed, in effort to offer a more simplified and efficiently planned shopping experience.
As a means of catering to the Arabic speaking community, enhancing customer convenience and comfort, the availability of a portal in the 2 most widely spoken languages in Kuwait allows for a wider range of customers’ ability to access the website at any time.
