The G7 Are Incapable of Responding to Global Challenges

The smorgasbord of challenges facing the seven wealthiest liberal economies - from impending ecological and environmental catastrophe, broadening inequality, continued disruption from Covid-19 and other potential pandemics, and the destruction of personal and political freedoms - is being faced by a set of governments unwilling to commit to radical policies to bring large parts of the world from the brink of meltdown.  June saw G7 leaders arrive in Cornwall, UK, to attend the regular mee
