Work is almost complete on the largest park in Bahrain's Northern Governorate. The 60,000 square-foot park is being constructed at a cost of BD180,000 in Demistan and will also serve the residents of nearby Karzakan.
"It's almost completed. The basketball court, the bathrooms, the seating areas and even the lighting are all in place," Northern Municipal Council member Mohammed Jaber Al Fardan said, according to the GDN.
