Dubai: Land sales on April 3

The total value of land transactions in Dubai April 3 peaked at Dhs108.58 millions , of which sales exceeded Dhs105 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs4 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 15 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of April 3, the most valuable of which was a plot in Um Suqaim Second that was sold for Dhs million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Um Hurair First acquired for the sum of Dhs24 million and another in Wadi Al Amardi for Dhs15.35465 million.

 

The Al Nahda Second area was the most active in terms of the April 3 sales, with some 3 transactions. Al Suq Al Kabeer followed it with 3 sales.

 

During  the period, Um Suqaim Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs million, followed by the Um Hurair First area, Dhs24 million, and Al Nahda Second area, Dhs21.98 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 307093 sq ft in the Wadi Al Amardi area, which went for Dhs15.35 million. A 25600 sq ft plot in the Um Suqaim First Area was acquired for Dhs12 million, while 23475 sq ft of Um Suqaim Second was disposed of for Dhs million.

 

During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs4 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs3 million for an area at Mirdif. There was another for Dhs.5 million on an area in Al Barsha Third.
