Dubai: Real estate deals last week

The total value of land transactions in Dubai last week amounted to Dh728.7 million, of which sales exceeded Dh441 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs235.87 million, according to Dubai Land Department.

 

A total of 37 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the week, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Hamriya that was sold for Dhs120 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Barsha First acquired for the sum of Dhs102.318 million and another in Emirates Hills Second for Dhs45.41023 million.

 

The Al Karama area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with some 3 transactions. Al Rashidiya followed it with 3 sales.

 

During  the period, Al Hamriya recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs120 million, followed by the Al Barsha First area, Dhs113.42 million, and Emirates Hills Second area, Dhs73.52 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 102318 sq ft in the Al Barsha First area, which went for Dhs102.32 million. A 60146.36 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills Second Area was acquired for Dhs45.41 million, while 41108 sq ft of Al Rashidiya was disposed of for Dhs3.9 million.
