Property development company Emirates Sunland Group recently revealed that it planned to participate in the upcoming Cityscape 2006 expo in December.
Emirates Sunland Group, a 50:50 partnership between Dubai-based Emirates International Holdings and Australian based Sunland Group, is behind the Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominiums, according to Khaleej Times.
The Group opened the world's first Palazzo Versace Hotel on Australia's Gold Coast in 2000.
Earlier this year, the group completed the construction of Q1, the world's tallest residential tower, also on the Gold Coast.
