The Kuwait-based Munshaat Real Estate Project Company is to launch a new company, "Munshaat Projects and Contracting Company, which is to act as technical arm for real estate projects in Saudi Arabia.
According to KUNA, the new company's starting assets are SR 5 million, the Munshaat Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fouad Hamed Al-Hmoud said Sunday. He added that the new company, which is based in Jeddah, has already started to operate under the name of Saudi Munshaat Company.
