Citizens and business organizations in the UAE were invited to join the 4 kilometre charity walk 'Trek 4 Tsunami' on the Palm Jumeirah on Friday 1 April 2005 from 7am - 1pm for Sri Lanka's child tsunami victims.
Nakheel has teamed up with Mountain High, an adventure lifestyle organisation, to offer residents and visitors to Dubai the opportunity to raise money for children effected by the tsunami in December last year and be the very first people to walk on the man-made island The Palm Jumeirah.
