According to Al-Bayan newspaper (August 2, 2005), Dubai Land and Properties Department reported that Saudis had executed three land exchange deals in Dubai last July. The value of these deals amounted to Dh 6.9 million. The total areas traded by Saudis amounted to 46,952 square feet.
