An Egyptian court located in October 6 City has called for an investigation into case involving the famous Egyptian actress Mirvat Ameen.
Husam Al Ghamri, president of the satellite channel ‘Al Lord,’ has accused Ameen and the broadcasters Samer Al Khider and Maher Al Hamlawi of threatening to stab him with a knife on air and in front of millions of viewers across the Arab world.
Al Ghamri said that after accusing “Al Lord” channel for stealing his idea of a show “Nifsi Amathel” (I Want To Act), they changed it and gave it a new title called “Academiat Al Za’eem” (The Leader’s Academy), claiming they own the rights for the program.
To his surprise Al Ghamri found Ameen and the broadcaster Samer Al Khider insulting him live on television. He said the broadcaster Samer Al Khider was holding a knife and said, “This knife is whoever talks about the company and its owner.”
