Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued orders with immediate effect for the provision of all the needs of an Emirati citizen who contacted Ajman Radio's live programme "Al Rabia Wal Nas".
