70 per cent of the BD95 million Abraj Al Lulu residential project in central Manama has been sold to investors from 25 countries, the GDN has reported. The project's developers Pearl Development and Real Estate Company (PDREC) also declared that it had crossed a series of milestones in the construction and the sale of its maiden development was ahead of schedule.
