The offshore port linking Gaza to Cyprus is not a new idea. Today it is being discussed actively once again by non other than the Israelis. Is the Cyprus pier a good idea, will it lead to the breaking of the siege on the Gaza Strip imposed since 2007 by Tel Aviv?
