Jordan's Banking Sector Is Most Secure in the Arab World, With $70.4 Billion Assets

The volume of combined assets of the Jordanian banking sector reached $70.4 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2018, registering a 1.7 per cent growth compared to the end of 2017, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks Wissam Fattouh said on Saturday. Such figures make the Jordanian banking sector the most secure in the Arab region.
