Egypt's constitution committee became the heart of jokes this week when it displayed a banner at its "All Egyptians Constitution" Conference not only because the banner was misspelled, but also because three out of the five people pictured on the banner are not Egyptians as the committee's message claimed, but rather photo-shopped foreigners.
