The uncle of the 19 year-old Chechen fugitive on the run in the U.S. has given an impassioned plea to his nephew to turn himself in and has asked the American community for forgiveness on behalf of his family. This entreaty followed a chastisement of his nephews for shaming ethnic Chechens, Muslims and the family name.
