As part of its continued endeavors to communicate with its customers through various media, National Arab Motors (Kia Jordan) recently launched its redesigned website at www.kiajordan.com, with the objective of providing customers with a unified platform for key information and various essential services.

The new website offers its visitors a host of interactive features, including image galleries and detailed specifications of Kia Jordan’s complete vehicle lineup, in addition to the ability to make purchases online, with detailed information on post-sale customer service and warranty. Current customers are able to make appointments to visit Kia’s service center through the website, whereas prospective buyers can also make appointments to test drive any vehicle offered at Kia Jordan’s showrooms. The website also links to Kia Jordan’s Facebook and Twitter pages, which contain live updates and important news issued by the company.

Commenting on this initiative, the company’s Vice Chairman Nihad Zacharia said: “We strive to utilize all communication platforms that allow us to interact with our customers. With the launch of our new website, we adopted an entirely new design that builds on the latest interactive web technologies to deliver a varied bouquet of integrated services to our current and prospective customers. The design and superior functionality of the site reflects the trendy and youthful spirit Kia seeks to instill in its products, a spirit that also fills the company’s various initiatives and activities around the globe.”

In celebration of the launch of its official Facebook fan page, the company launched an interactive contest under the heading “Kia in the eyes of its fans”, which will see participants design the Kia logo using any materials they can come up with, excluding paints and colors. The company is allowing participants to roam free with their imaginations. All creations will then be photographed and uploaded to the company’s Facebook page, and those that garner the largest number of ‘likes’ will win. The contest’s grand prize is an iPad 2 coupled with a trip for two to the Dead Sea, whereas the second place winner will receive an iPhone 4. The next 20 winners will each receive an iPod Touch.
