National Arab Motors (Kia Jordan) recently organized a two-day field trip to Aqaba for its customer service employees, which was held under the heading of “Success Trip.” The company’s Vice Chairman Nihad Zacharia and President Samir Tayeh also participated in the event.

The trip was organized as part of the company’s continued efforts to reinforce its unique customer service strategy, “Family-Like-Care” which also seeks to foster a familial environment amongst the company’s staff in a manner that reflects positively on their interactions with customers.

The company also sought to provide an adequate incentive for its customer service employees in acknowledgement of their steadfast efforts towards realizing the company’s ambitious customer service strategy and to reinforce the position of the Kia brand in the Kingdom. In this regard, monetary rewards were also distributed to the participating employees as a token of appreciation for their continued dedication.

Commenting on this initiative, Zacharia said: “We are immensely proud of the strong relations shared between our company and our clients; a relationship that is founded on the principles of trust, transparency and sound service, whether in delivering quality vehicles or in our unparalleled after sales “Family-Like-Care” service. By organizing this initiative, we wished to underline this “Family-Like-Care” service that defines our relationship with our customers, and to remind our employees that it is also an essential element of our internal culture as a company. This particular spirit is what will help us realize our long-term objectives and reach higher levels of success.”
