Lebanese singer Dominique Hourani has revealed that she does not mind if her husband decides to cheat on her as long as he keeps it a secret. Dominique stated that the fact that she lives in Lebanon and her husband in Europe, makes it ok for her husband to want to find a companion to fill the void in his life.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Dominique said that when her husband lives with her in Lebanon then she will not accept his betrayal, but since he does not then it is unfair for her to demand he stay faithful to her.
The singer clarified that until this moment she has not cheated on her husband as a sign of respect, but if their long distance relationship prolongs then she will not remain faithful and will meet someone new.
Dominique stated that she had rushed into marriage and should have though things through more carefully. She added that at first she did not care where she and her husband lived, but after having her first baby she decided to reside in Lebanon to ensure that her daughter is raised in an Arab environment with the same traditions and ethics she grew up in.
The singer revealed that she has given her husband a last chance to move his business to Lebanon and live with her and their daughter, which is what her husband is currently striving at. Dominique assured that if her husband does not move to Lebanon then she will begin divorce procedures because she cannot continue being tied in this manner, which has lasted for two years.
