Egyptian belly dancer/actress Fifi Abdo has denied circulating rumors of the existence of disputes between her and Egyptian actress Summaya Al Khashab, who is starring alongside Fifi in the upcoming drama “Kayd Al Nisaa” (Women’s vengeance). Fifi stressed that the behind the scenes atmosphere is very pleasant and full of mutual respect and god times between her and Summaya.
According to the London based Elaph, Fifi noted that she and the cast of the drama are still in the process of filming the scenes and are putting in extra effort to have it ready to air during the coming holy month of Ramadan. Fifi anticipates that the drama will be a huge success due to the nature of the scenes and the humor that it contains.
Fifi stressed that she and Summaya had both hoped to work together again after their first experience in the past drama “Al Haqeeqa Wa Al Sarab” (The truth and the illusion), which was marked with huge success.
Fifi stated that she is not concerned about the criticism the drama has received from the advertising commercials that are aired on different television channels. She stressed that like all her previous dramas, the attire worn will be suitable to the holy month of Ramadan and she along with the entire cast took that into consideration.
The drama stars Fifi, Summaya and Ahmad Budayr. It is written by Mustafa Muharam and directed by Ahmad Saqr.
