Lebanese singer Maya Nasri has resented crucial attacks against Lebanese television Razan Moughrabi over the provocative video that was spread on the internet.
During an interview on the entertainment program “Mish Ghalat” (Not wrong) with television host Wisam Bareedi, Maya stated that she did not watch the video that was so widely spread in such a demeaning manner. She added that she believes Razan is free to act as she wants in the privacy of her own home and it is no one’s business to make judgment against her.
Maya said that she cannot judge Razan or condemn her because the video was filmed in her home and it is not any one’s business, especially since her actions do not affect anyone but herself. Maya stated that she does think Razan was mistaken to trust the person that had leaked the video.
The singer stressed that her defending Razan has nothing to do with a strong friendship between them, especially since they are not that close, but when they run into one another they make friendly chitchat.
