Syrian warplanes Wednesday fired four air-to-surface missiles on the outskirts of Arsal, a Bekaa Valley border town known for its support for Syrian opposition fighters.
Security sources told The Daily Star that two jets targeted Zamrani and Ajram, near the barren terrain of Wadi Hmayyed located at the far end of Arsal in northeastern Lebanon.
There were no reports of casualties.
