Blue Dancers by Edgar Degas

Painted by the French artist, Edgar Degas, back in 1897, and it's not the only one of his Paintings to show ballerinas, as he himself was a fan. The painting can be seen in the Pushkin Museum in Moscow.
The Kiss by Gustav Klimt

Painted by Gustav Klimt back between 1907 and 1908, the Austrian artist shows his skills at depicting intimacy through his art. With beautiful golden tones, this art piece is still popular even after over 100 years. You can see this art piece in Österreichische Galerie Belvedere in Vienna.
The Tower of Babel by Pieter Bruegel the Elder

Painted by the Dutch painter, Pieter Bruegel the Elder, back in 1563. It's based on a popular biblical storyline, and it's not the only painting of Pieter Bruegel that this applies to. You can see this artwork in the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh

Painted by the Dutch painter, Vincent van Gogh back in 1889, who was going through a dark time. Vincent van Gogh made this art piece from memory alone, while he was in the hospital, going through fits of madness. It still ended up being one of the most famous paintings, and it can be seen at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The Night Watch by Rembrandt van Rijn

Made by the Dutch author back in 1642, Rembrandt van Rijn named it "The Shooting Company of Frans Banning Cocq and Willem van Ruytenburch", but when it was later found by art critics, they thought that human figures were standing against a dark background, and it was called "The Night Watch". This painting is one of the many paintings Rembrandt made throughout his life, but it's one of his most well-known ones.
