A video has been making the rounds on social media recently showing two men striking back at those who harass women in Egypt… with eggs!

In a video shared by controversial Egyptian comedian Shadi Hussein, he and a friend prowl the streets of Cairo to ask young men about their thoughts on women walking in the streets alone. If they admit to harassing women, or if they say women dress a certain way in order to be harassed – they get whacked over the head with an eggy surprise.

You can watch the video on Youtube:

This isn’t Hussein’s first video. He was jailed nearly a year ago for a video that showed him and other comedians inflating condoms and writing pro-revolution slogans on them in honor of the anniversary of the Arab Spring protests that gripped the nation in 2011. He then handed the baloon-ed condoms out to unsuspecting police officers, a stunt that landed Hussein in Egyptian jail for a short time.

Egypt has been consistently ranked as the worst country in the Middle East for sexual harassment, with over 99% of women and girls reporting that they have been harassed at some point in their lives.
